Sunken Still by Filliers Distillery is the first Belgian rye whisky on the market. Thanks to the rye, the taste is rather soft, although this whisky is also characterised by its robust & full character. Maturation on new unused barrels balances the soft rye by releasing fruity notes of vanilla.
