A Whisky with History<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

This unique bottling is much more than a number on a label. The Family Reserve pays tribute to six generations of Filliers, to a tradition that began in 1880, and to the craftsmanship that still lies at the heart of our work today. Distilled in February 1995<\/strong> by master distiller Pedro Saez-Del-Burgo<\/strong>, this whisky is directly linked to the birth of Benoit Filliers<\/strong> \u2013 the sixth generation of our family.<\/p>\n\n

29 Years of Patience, Pure Belgian Craftsmanship<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The whisky matured for 29 years in cask #5953<\/strong>, an American white oak barrel, until it was bottled in June 2024<\/strong>. This single cask distillate is non-chill filtered<\/strong>, non-coloured<\/strong>, and made exclusively from Belgian malted barley, rye, and natural spring water<\/strong> from our own estate. Every detail, from grain to cask, reflects our dedication to Belgian distilling tradition.<\/p><\/p>\n\n

Only 286 Bottles Worldwide<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Exclusivity here is not a marketing phrase, but a fact. Only 286 hand-numbered bottles<\/strong> of this Family Reserve exist. It is a true collector\u2019s item for those who appreciate rare expressions with a deep, layered character. On the nose, expect complex aromas of dried fruit, leather, and spicy oak. The palate is rich, rounded, and surprisingly vibrant for a whisky of this age.<\/p>\n\n

The Start of a Tradition<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

With the Family Reserve, we are opening a new chapter in our whisky portfolio. This 1st Edition<\/strong> marks the beginning of a series of exceptional releases, each tied to a piece of our family\u2019s history.
