Vul\u00a0 de vormpjes van je cupcake bakblik met de papieren bakvormpjes. Het is belangrijk om zo een bakblik te gebruiken omdat je cupcake zijn typische vorm kan bekomen!<\/p>\n<p>Klop de eieren luchtig op met de suiker en de vanillesuiker. Laat de boter smelten en voeg deze toe aan het beslag van de eieren en suiker. Voeg nu ook 2 eetlepels melk toe. In een aparte kom voeg je het bakpoeder toe aan de bloem. Lepel per lepel voeg je de bloem toe aan het eiermengsel tot deze wat dikker wordt. Vind je het beslag te loperig? Dan kan je wat bloem toevoegen.\u00a0 Gebruik een ijsschep om gelijke hoeveelheden beslag te verdelen over de cupcakevormpjes. Vul deze voor maar voor 3\/4 , anders zal het beslag over de vormpjes rijzen. Bak de cupcakes op 180 graden voor 18 minuten .Haal ze na het bakken uit de bakvorm en laat ze afkoelen op een rooster.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vulling:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De vulling is super simpel en kan je volledig aanpassen naar je eigen smaak. Meng 125gr mascarpone met 3 eetlepels Filliers Advocaat. Heb je graag de krachtige smaak van de advocaat? Voeg dan gewoon meer advocaat toe aan de mascarpone.<\/p>\n<p>Maak met behulp van een scherp mes een holte in het midden van de cupcakes. Gebruik 2 kleine theelepels om de vulling in de cupcake te gieten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Afwerking:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>45\u00a0gram\u00a0bloem<\/li>\n<li>240\u00a0ml\u00a0melk<\/li>\n<li>200\u00a0gram\u00a0ongezouten roomboter<\/li>\n<li>200\u00a0gram\u00a0poedersuiker<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0tl\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.laurasbakery.nl\/zelf-vanille-extract-maken\/\">vanille extract<\/a><\/li>\n<li>200\u00a0gram\u00a0witte chocolade<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bereidingswijze:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Doe de gezeefde bloem met de melk in een pannetje. Klop met de garde zodat er geen klontertjes achterblijven. Breng aan de kook en zodra het kookt zet je het vuur lager. Zorg dat het mengsel dik wordt. Dek af en laat het volledig afkoelen tot op kamertemperatuur.<\/p>\n<p>Klop de boter samen met de poedersuiker en het vanille extract luchtig op.<\/p>\n<p>Smelt de witte chocolade en wanneer deze \u00e9n de botercr\u00e8me op kamertemperatuur zijn, kan je verder. Voeg het bloemmengsel toe aan het botermengsel. Klop het mengsel nog zo\u2019n vijf minuten goed door. Je hebt nu een romige botercr\u00e8me. Voeg dan de witte (nog vloeibare) chocolade in delen toe aan de botercr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Nu is de botercr\u00e8me klaar! Gebruik een spuitzak en een leuk spuitmondje naar keuze. Ten slotte laat je wat Filliers Advocaat van een lepel lopen om zo een drizzle te maken van advocaat.
