Pink
In 2018 Filliers Distillery expanded its range of summer gins with a Pink gin. This gin is made from the authentic recipe and enhanced by fresh raspberries and the superfood goji berry. Although the character is trendy, this gin is traditionally produced in copper stills.
The infusion of 28 botanicals provides an engaging palette of flavours that subtly enhances elements through the addition of fresh raspberry juice and goji berries. This ensures a gorgeous fresh pink colour and fruity flavour. This award-winning gin was named the chosen product of the year in 2019.37.5% VOL ALC
Taste notes

- 50ml de Filliers Dry Gin 28 – Pink
- 150ml de tonique à l’hibiscus
- Some raspberries & fresh mint
Fill a long drink glass with ice, add 50ml gin and fill with 150ml hibiscus tonic. Garnish with a few raspberries & fresh mint.
