Visit the distillery

A tour through the different distilleries reveals so much more than just the production process. Experienced guides who know the site inside out tell the many stories that make this place a special piece of heritage.

Why do the outer walls of the maturation rooms look black? How did the first drink come about at Filliers Distillery? How do master distillers bring 28 aromas together in one gin? Which elements are important in the selection of a wooden barrel? Can I have a taste?
