Sloe
The Sloe Gin from Filliers was created from a personal interpretation of a typical English Gin, with the Classic gin as a basis. The plum-like blackthorn berry should not be missing, a wink to the English hunting scene.
The berries are picked by hand in the fall, and give a full intense flavour. That taste develops most beautiful when the Sloe Gin is drunk pure.26% VOL ALC
Taste notes
A mild gin with a slightly acidic notes that tend to sweeten in the aftertaste. Aromas of red fruits, almonds and plums find an almost festive balance. A balanced spirit.

Perfect Serve: Sloe
- 50ml Filliers Dry Gin 28 – Sloe
- 150ml soda water (optional)
- A slice of orange
Fill a tumbler glass with ice, add 50ml of gin, a slice of orange and stir well. Drink the gin neat, or add tonic or club soda.
