Pine Blossom
The master distillers at Filliers Distillery developped a variant on its Classic gin, by adding a macerate of the flowers of the Pinus Sylvestric. These flowers from the far North give off color & flavor in this way.
Due to this special process, the Pine Blossom is slightly darker in colour. The Pine Blossom is a unique gin in which elegant floral notes are brought into harmony by woody elements.42.6% VOL ALC
Taste notes
A fresh gin with a recognisable aroma of pine blossoms, but also bark & wood shavings come through. This creates an underlying earthy character in which spicy & floral find a complete balance.

Pine Blossom Gin & Tonic
- 50ml Filliers Dry Gin 28 – Pine Blossom
- 150ml neutral tonic
- Some pine needles
Fill a long drink glass with ice, add 50ml gin and fill with 150ml of the neutral tonic. Garnish with some pine needles.
