Wortegemsen originated from a festive tradition, and is drunk traditionally ice cold. Before pouring, it is important to shake well to mix the fresh lemon pulp nicely. It provides a spicy freshness in a very explicit way: the lively taste of citrus.

Wortegemsen Mojito
- 10 mint leaves
- 2 tbsp. cane sugar
- 15ml lime juice
- 50ml Wortegemsen Lemon
- sparkling water
Take a long drink glass and crush the mint and sugar in it with a pestle. Add lime juice & crushed iced. Then add the Wortegemsen Lemon and the sparkling water and stir everything with a mixing spoon. Garnish with a mint sprig.
